Welcome…Send Us Your Updates

To send us updates or changes for your school’s Web site, just click on the “Site Updates” button and bookmark the site. You can also go directly to the customer service portal by typing portal.schoolwebmasters.com/tickets  into your browser window.

You’ll need your login / password in order to access the update portal and if you have not received one, please contact your school administrator who can contact us to authorize your access. If you have received your login / password previously, but have forgotten it, please request a password reset. If you have files larger than 30MB, please let us know in your request, and we will be happy to provide you with a link to a folder so you can securely send us those files.

New Customer Support Portal

We are excited about our new Customer Support Portal and have streamlined things to help the process go as smoothly as possible. If you haven’t received your login information for the new portal, please contact us and we’ll get you set up. (If you are a new user and haven’t had access previously, please contact your school administrator who can then authorize you for account access.)
